Low pay, poor equipment, disinterested dispatchers - Recensione dipendente - Company Driver presso Outwest Express

Equipment is EXTREMELY badly maintained, some of their older trucks barely run but they will still assign a driver to them and refuse to fix an issues, some of their newer trucks don't have functional APUs which they refuse to replace with the ones they actually repair, serious lack of communication with dispatch, half the time no one answers the phone and no one ever replies to samsara messages(their main way of communicating according to the company). Trucks have everything that could possibly make a driver's life on the road a little easier removed, half the trucks don't have refrigerators so you can have cool drinks or food without selling your soul to afford truck stop crap every time you stop on the low pay at this company.
