Little bit faster pace and perhaps not the best place to stay long term

1. Remote-first. We have get togethers - but mainly a remote work company. I value this a lot. 2. Flat Organization. Everyone is approachable, maybe the CEO's a bit busy, but even he's available to chat at the watercoolers with the team. 3. Freedom to explore. We are given agency and ability to chase after what we think is the best way to do our jobs. Don't expect a list of to do's - you give them a list and prove your stuff. 4. Flexible work scheduling. With no limit on vacation days, the trust is on you to produce within reason and reap the benefits of your work. 5. Work in Crypto. The fastest growing, edge of tech - we will change worlds with our product.

1. Work in Crypto. Adoption is not promised , success can depend on overall markets too. Makes your bonuses volatile sometimes. You can get a bonus and next month it's worth a lot more... or a lot less.
