- Felt very secluded as a remote employee.
- Lots of benefits for in office employees (weekly free lunches and snacks brough in, among other things) but none for remote employees.
- Very little support from direct or senior management (I was given aggressive sales goals with absolutely $0 marketing funds for any partner activities what so ever, training was fully self guided, any time I asked I questions I was told to look through the plethora of programs and lengthy documents instead of actually receiving guidance, then new and asking about how to go about a job task I was told my my direct manager "you know what to do so just do it" with no additional guidance).
- I was given a surprise $20K+ salary and large commission cut from what was initially discussed when I received my offer, and was told nothing could be done about it then, but It would be made right during raises. I then was told all salaries had been frozen then raises came around).
- Company seemed unstable while I was there.
