- Founder has delusions of grandeur. He looks down upon agencies and claims that ownpath is a brand while it really is not. - As middlemen, their business model won't work. In fact, there is no business model. They do what enterprises ask for and create an IP out of it. No market research on how scalable a service is, what the market size is, is there even demand for the service. No data whatsoever. - Founder is so focused on Instagram captions, but isn't focused on business priorities. All work isn't productive work. - The founder has some connects in the industry but does not even bother to maintain most of them because he's busy chilling on his high horse of being a founder. - Growth is the one role they will never be able to retain because its the only role where you have to use your brain and the founder wont let you.
