It's fine to rank the CEO poorly, but the team at OxBlue certainly warrants a higher ranking and I ask that you reconsider that ranking. -Thanks from the CEO. Pros - Agreed on a great CS team and multicultural workplace Cons - If there are ideas you are passionate about that are consistent with our strategy and purposes but have not been adopted I encourage you to develop them further, find data to support them and present them. There is a substantial amount of proposals and change always occurring, the better developed and supported an idea is the more opportunity it has of being implemented. For product releases, we've hired a Director of Product and built out an entire team in the last 6 months, with the increased resources comes increased focus in this area and it is just starting to be implemented now.
