Never expected the workplace treatment to be as poor as it was, within just the first week management called and was insulting another employee that started at the same time as me. Initial salary offer was low for the level of the job. Expectations are high for something I had no experience in and minimal guidance was often provided. Mixed messages consistently as you’ll go from being the best employee one week to feeling like a weight the next. It was very stressful working here and even stressful resigning.
