My time at OxeFit was challenging in ways I didn’t expect. While the company operates in an exciting space at the intersection of fitness and technology, my experience was marked by a lack of support, unclear expectations, and a work culture that made it difficult to thrive. I encountered frequent communication breakdowns and inconsistent leadership, which impacted both team morale and project outcomes. Despite my efforts to contribute meaningfully, I often felt undervalued and disconnected from the company’s mission.

That said, I did learn a lot — about resilience, navigating ambiguity, and advocating for mental health in high-pressure environments. These lessons have shaped how I approach future roles and what I look for in a workplace. I’m grateful to have moved on, and I’m focused now on finding environments that prioritize transparency, collaboration, and employee well-being. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
