Yes it is a small company but we have HUGE ambitions! We have recently reorganized around three practices: Identity & Access (our bread & butter), Security Transformation, and Identity Governance. Small companies have little hierarchy – and we are especially flat for good reason - so if you measure growth by moving up an org chart, you are probably correct although as our practices grow we will need leaders to manage them.
