People are trusted to run hard problems end-to-end, and expectations are high in a good way. The leadership team is transparent about company goals, progress, and challenges. It doesn’t feel political or performative - it feels focused. Lucky to be surrounded by great people working towards a truly impactful mission!

It’s an early-stage startup, so things move fast and priorities can evolve. This won’t be the right environment for someone who prefers a slower pace or heavy structure.
