Andrena is a great mentor, CEO, supervisor, role model, and Vessel for those who want to make a significant impact on their career as well as the businesses served. It was a great experience for me to learn the basics of developing a small business and grow professionally. There is also great teamwork encouragement.

      From my experience, there is poor communication and team engagement. It is encouraged but not enforced during my time there. No benefits.
