      PJ Fitzpatrick is a great company. I work in the Inbound Customer Service Department and I have very minimal complaints. The vibe is very relaxed and everyone is very friendly. If you do your job and are a team player, you will have no issues here. I came into this job not knowing what to expect but I am glad that I took the chance because it is way better than I could have ever expected. I came from a very stressful job previously and this job is a very nice change of pace. I have never gone home feeling negative about my days work.

      -PTO time is given sparingly. -Communication from department to department could be improved. -Not as much room to move up quickly within the Company because it is a bit smaller.

We really are so proud of the atmosphere here and plan to keep doing things to keep things going in a positive direction. We just announced big changes to the PTO policy which have been very positively received. Birthdays off are here to stay! In addition, P.J. Fitz managers are currently working together on inter departmental communication to make some improvements.

      I started in training late October, I called out November 10th to put my dog down, and I got written up when I came back. Great way to introduce a new employee to company values.
