      Bad communication with overhead, degrees of operational freedom had to be explored, rather clearly communicated. Project placement was not in favor with me and led to chaos and loss of job. As a consultant you are on your own! Great for single people, difficult for employees with families.

      There is lots of different kind of Projects. some time you on your own. Need to thing out of BOX.

      Low salary. crazy hours. This is company where i saw traveling hours pay at min wages. Any way employee is not working in traveling but still he is give his personal time to get in market. As well for Citizen and Green card holder pay are lower then Nonimmigrant worker.
