Staff sleeps during shift, Manager doesn’t help when you ask him to help. You will sweared at and undermined daily. Lies and gossips about staff making it a very toxic working environment. They fire people weekly. Since I’ve started I’ve seen multiple people be walked out especially casuals who are promised full time. Only to be fired once the work load quiets. Nobody there seems happy. Everybody is genuinely unhappy in the warehouse. Nor do they speak. There’s no form of entertainment in the warehouse. No music. No chatter, nothing. Warehouse is really dusty, and dirty and not fit for working conditions. With warehouse lights not working during the morning. Meaning you are picking in the dark. Staff are scared to speak up about minor inconveniences as they seem to be reprimanded if they speak.

Sustainable packaging is the only positive
