A perfect place for a military retiree. All benefits are structured around those who have military retirement on their resume. There are no consequences for missing work, being late, or leaving early as long as you call or let them know before it happens, even if its something as simple as, you don't feel like working today. I know many who are full-time employees who never work more than 32 hours per week with zero consequences. Anyone who has spent 4 to 10 years in the military, should look at DS2 as a stepping stone to another defense contractor who will appreciate you.

DS2 doesn't have leaders only managers and very few of the managers have degrees. In addition these managers are many years removed from the work that is performed by the team members. They rarely make a visit to see how the workers are performing so their style is reactionary management. They want the employees to report on each other rather than getting out from behind their desks and leading.
