Management undercuts Salary employees / Union makes more than Supervisors / Morale is always down / Always behind on work / Work is purposely done slow by Union / OT for Union = paid / OT Salary = Nothing / Must put in 40+ per week or use vacation time to make up rest of time to get full paycheck / 2nd shift is hard on family life / NO TRUE BENEFIT of being a Supervisor. Be Union - Get paid, better benefits, 401K $$$ kicker every year.
