1yThank you for your review. The review says you are a current employee, however, you are not currently employed here. It's unfortunate how some of these reviews come across to people who don't know PAM's Auto. In this case, we do hold employees accountable when they are not staying on task or make mistakes that cost the company thousands of dollars - that is not "micro" managing - that is managing. We do our best to disclose who we are in the interview process. We communicate that the job pays well, but we do expect people to work safely and efficiently. Productive and safe employees are always rewarded for their hard work when working here.
