- Tech companies are fast paced. A week away can truly be like coming back to a whole new world! - Right now, we are in an in between phase for DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion). It's important that we are figuring out a strategy, but I wish this had been a priority before this point. Onwards! - Growing Pains for those that manage Tutors. We're figuring it out, but there is a lot of personal investment when managing these folks. As such, you feel these growing pains a little bit more. Overall it is for the good, but it does hurt a little right now. Looking forward to summer starting as a reset point!
