Lower than market pay, expect to be overworked, and no matter how much of your time you put into your job - it's never enough. They will find an excuse to not give a raise. Top talent leaves because they can be appreciated elsewhere. Morale is down - most would 'just leave' if they could afford to. You're also only given max 15 days of PTO after 5 years of work, with no flexibility for remote work (unless you're sales). You will easily burn through this with how often folks come in sick and for the stress. Oh and you're packed like sardines, and it's difficult to focus on work with all the noise.
