Toxic workplace due to poor management and leadership. Someone with a leadership role and management role, is effecting the whole workplace environment. They are unable to delegate work properly and they are a major micromanager and control freak. Staff at a lower level are treated poorly and disrespectfully as a result. Due to this person's output and high profile position, the company is unwilling/unable to do anything about it. It's unfortunate because most of the staff is amazing. They have lost a lot of admin and accounting professionals due to this role.
