- Nepotism. CEO’s kids are both there and got promotions/title bumps that are a lot more deserved for others - Office politics is more important than work output. No room for promotions or raises unless you participate in office politics - Work is shaped around speed than quality. The company moves like an early stage start-up that has no direction - Some individuals are very overworked - Will act like they’re “chill” but will absolutely use that against you - Very high turnover rate (both from employees quitting and getting fired), work tends to go nowhere - Tracks your 4 days/week attendance
