Good entry level job, overtime, paid breaks, some benefits very good to. Some of supervisors nice guys.

This is union company, so you never can not grow where, "old" guys alway got best position even if you are working twice better. Old plant, old equipment (always have problems with that). Very hot inside (especially at Summer time). Long shifts (have to stay on leg 9-10 hours).
