Managers with no education. Getting promoted because they were the One asking for the job, Just because somebody is a good sales rep does not mean that it’s going to translate into being a good manager. My manager was horrible. She was Toxic, Manipulative, Vindictive and downright Evil. And I’ve heard from other teams, They felt the same way about their own manager. Unrealistic goal attainments except if you are one of their Favorites(You only become that if you gossip with them about your teammates) gross! As soon as I get another job, I’m out of here. They will be going retail. They’ve opened places The sales reps do not get credit for it anymore. Disgusting company to work for.

unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
