Vantaggi
Flexible hours. Decent PTO. Anyone but management are good people who try hard to keep up a good culture.
Svantaggi
Everyone in a leadership position here are horrible at it. They either turn a blind eye to obvious problems or try to fix something that's not broken. Blatant preferential treatment (and nepotism) towards people in management and the marketing department, while others who have showcased hard and excellent work ethic and morals are ignored and underpaid. They say they want you to be heard, but you're not. When you try to bring up issues that need solutions, they shut you down immediately, breeding a toxic environment where you are expected to be positive all the time and accept their word as law. The pay is atrocious and nowhere near competitive in the industry. Some employees can't make ends meet but are expected to work harder. Management doesn't align their words with their actions or core values, but they expect those beneath them to do so. Extremely lacking in diversity and equity. Rather than express their gratitude for the employees literally keeping that business running with better pay and genuine respect, they go for pizza parties and empty words of "thanks." There is no authenticity, despite their faith-based proclamations.
