Great Salary - stressful job and superior, not worth it in exchange of your health - Recensione dipendente - Human Resources Generalist presso PCC Logistics

The HR department needs to be revisited why the employee is leaving the company. Too much for one person to handle all areas of Human Resources, should be at least 2 Generalist; for example, one handles the benefits/onboarding/termination, one is in charge of Reviews and Write-up and all other administrative tasks. It's a toxic environment to work, a high salary is not worth it if it will deteriorate your health. The first company I work for that in two (2) I know I will not last long, the most is 6mos. And the first company that makes me feel I don't know anything nor anything.
