Majority of the technicians you work with are good people.

Management is terrible. Lots of favoritism within the company. I have witnessed first hand, strange friendships between management and employees they use to gain information on other co workers. Complete mismanagement of projects and company goals by upper management, is blamed on lower level operators and engineers. No real accountability for the people in charge, it seems they can do no wrong and find scape goats to pass blame too.
