      A source of income , that is the only positive thing I can think of. They are full of promises to get you to start. Once you enroll, that is when things quickly change. You also get to meet other hard working security officers who also leave shortly after starting. 98% of new employees do not stay for longer then 90 days. Even all that supervisors and office staff/dispatchers quits during that period.

      Everything (A very long of a list to type) Bad pay Bad scheduling Disorganized People quit everyday People get hired everyday The captain quit The list goes on and on (Be advised...you will have to wait 30 days to get your first pay check) If you quit without giving them 2 weeks. They will drop your hourly rate to federal minimum wage $7.25 Be warned! Stay away!!! Read the reviews on Glassdoor, Monster, Google, Zip Recruiter etc... And judge for yourself.

      I got a patrol car on my first shift since ,I was told ,I was working in Orlando and then they sent me to Clermont , I refused to drive my car and demanded a patrol car and I got it .

      They lie constantly to each other and staff, no communication , they don't even call you or ask if they can change your shift they use schedule anywhere and let the app email you . I was told at hire I was working a certain post at a certain time , well I showed up and sat at the office for 3 hours waiting for a supervisor to train me at the post , I was told since they lost the account no need for training , they knew when they hired me they lost the account and just need someone to work the last shift . Again more lies , forced to work 20 hours no break ,no relief officer and did I expect a supervisor to relive me , yes but it didn't happen , so after working 20 hours I was not even home when I got a text saying to report back to the post in Clermont at 6 am ,again I worked 20 hours straight , got home about 9 pm and was suppose to go back to work in 9 hours to work another 12 come on people really ????
