      The coworkers are good Weekly bonuses

      Don’t work here. Management is terrible, you will be micromanaged and they are not open to suggestions from the people actually speaking with customers. They do not address calls from upset customers causing them to call in multiple times and more stress for the employees. The work enviorment is very unsafe where they are making us still work despite multiple COVID outbreaks. Management does not listen to any feedback and just promises raises that never come.

      PCIHIPAA has shown me that with hard work and dedication, I can truly succeed and be rewarded for my contributions. At PCIHIPAA, I have also gained a huge amount of experience in areas that I previously knew nothing about. I feel that I am a part of a supportive and caring team where anything is possible. Bottom line: PCIHIPAA has never made me feel like I am just another "cog in the machine". I am a part of a company that values my contributions and allows me to continue growing.

      We do not get off Veteran's Day, but they do make up for it by giving us Juneteenth off.
