Everything, specially the HR department that preaches about things they dont practice. Expect to hear fancy words like "we value work life balance" or "we encourage employee development" etc, then you go to a project work at least 6 to 6, forget about family or life, work Saturdays, and they give you no time to do anything in your life but work work work. The company's reputation for being short for "People Come Last" is very true, and has been proven many times.
P.S. I worked for 3 fortune 500 global companies before, PCL is the smallest size employer I've ever worked for, so if anyone can judge such an overrated company like this, it's me.
