Great benefits, and remote flexibility. Good culture. My team is remote, but there’s a lot of effort to make sure we still stay connected. 4 weeks of PTO to start, plus holidays. Overall, PCNA has been one of my most positive work experiences.

Interdepartmental collaboration and communication is tough sometimes. I think there’s a lot of effort made to make sure individual teams stay connected, but some work to be done on how teams communicate and work together on cross-functional projects. Base pay could be higher, but the overall benefits package and remote flexibility is worth quite a bit in my opinion.
