Good environment for freshman to learn

- Low salary with an unpromised year-end bonus. - Work is scattered and driven mostly by internal requests, leaving little room to develop meaningful or strategic projects. - Lack of basic infrastructure and proper internal tools. - No clear onboarding process or mentoring system for new employees. - Very few perks or benefits.
