Similar to the past review at this location, the company is still not a good place to work. Given the small amount of people in the office, the president ultimately dishes out tasks to full-time employees and interns. As an intern with limited experience in the field, I was expected to know the ins and outs of the industry on my second day - which I believed to be abnormal given the role I was hired for. When not performing a task to a desired level, I was threatened with termination and routinely told phrases such as "You are useless", "I can't believe I hired you", and "I don't know what to do with you now" for the rest of my tenure with the company. These phrases ultimately diminished my mental health, and I found myself crying in the office on a couple of occasions after being loudly humiliated in front of my colleagues. As mentioned, the president routinely told me these phrases for the remainder of the time I was there, even while I was upfront about all my limitations in the initial interview. The company was ultimately a rude and dysfunctional place to work, other full-time employees did not come to my aid when I was yelled at by the president, and I routinely dreaded going to work during my time there. Also, the interview was obscenely long in my opinion (almost 3 hours).
