Not a whole lot of room for growth unless you hop around different departments

No follow up training to make sure the person who trained you did it correctly Unrealistic expectations No room for overtime in busy season or very little allowed Management is rarely seen Low pay for expected work Turn over rate is crazy high Communication between all departments lack Some rotations are courier dependent so you cant make your own hours Nit pick over petty things when there are bigger issues to worry about Constant rule changes Low morale More male preferenced as far as analysts go No room for growth due to ridiculous raise scale
