Over schedule inspections. They claimed overtime would be few and far in-between, but they never put a cap on the number of inspections they inspected. I was getting scheduled 10-20 per day, and they take about 1.5-2 hours per inspection. The inspections were spread out in a 1.5-2 hour radius away from the center of the city.
