- favouritism is very apparent and only get far in the business if liked by senior management / directors - they expect you to work extremely hard for low pay and so tight on giving raises or bonuses but can definitely afford it -stressful office environment, too fast paced and expect you to get a week's work done in 10secs with little sympathy or empathy -HR are terrible. inconsistent, never available to talk to and patronising when do voice issues. needs a better team or new team altogether. someone actually there for employees, not just there for senior management and directors
