Co-workers are typically great people who you can commiserate with. There WAS a great benefits offering with incredible HSA contributions, but I’ve heard from various current employees that that has been picked apart and fully changed for next year.

1) absolutely no training or help from leadership during onboarding. They truly pass you off to IT and various project managers to arm you with basic information.
2) job description changes quite often. The role you get hired for will get changed 20 times in the span of the first 90 days. Sets you up for total failure.
3) leadership team is awful, and needs to go… truly. I have never experienced such poor support and leadership in my work history.
4) leadership is just so terrible to their employees unless you’ve been there for 20+ years and are raking in $$$ for them. They degrade you, have no sense of DE and I and HR is in their pocket so they do not help even when informed of situations
