Some of the best people I have worked with. They take engineering seriously and create quality work. They have a lot of respect in the industry. They are also kind and will work with you on your personal career goals.

Same issues as other design firms with intensely busy periods and much slower periods. Overtime for deadlines can be expected.

Learned a lot, the diversity of projects is great for young engineers.

Always reacting, fire and hire people every 2 years. Management gets away with too much inappropriate behavior.
