That place is a cesspool, nepotism exists, bad management, all they ask you to do for three months if you want to be hired permanently is : meet quality on a few phone calls that the QA people choose to listen to and keep your adherence up and they hire you. But here is the terrible part, you dont have to be on time neither do you have to come to work everyday, they dont care about that, and the people that are employed there never get raises and 80% of the employees are street drug addicts including management. If that company would conduct on site random drug tests, it would shut that place down. I have never been in such a terrible environment like that ever in my life. Also huge amount of favoritism....
