-Chinese-style personnel management (authoritarian) -poor management (for some dept), has no plan for future development and price strategy -lack of product, plus lack of product development plan -all done by excel, Enterprise Resource Management Software is missing -all the plans are rushing and without a timeline and planning, change every week -marketing strategy & site is just copied and refer to Prenetics plus can't keep up with market trends
