Stuck in the past regarding I.T., Sales, and Marketing. No CEO for almost 6 years... No leadership. Current acting CEO is over 90 yrs old and does this "on the side"... Very little reinvestment in the company to better serve customers and meet customer demand. This creates a sometimes unnerving work environment where customers are constantly disappointed. PHD over-promises and under-delivers. 'Wants to compete with bigger companies but won't invest in the manpower and infrastructure to succeed.
