Absolute pathetic leadership. Their leadership mentality is to focus on the favorites and those that kiss up to the bosses. There are far too many politics. More people are worried about getting back at people that are working day and night then they are about doing their own jobs. Constantly pointing the finger and believing whatever the favorites say. Hypocritical leadership. “Everyone” has to be in the office every day unless your sales and marketing. They never do any wrong. But God help you if you make one mistake anywhere else in this company. They will hold it against you and hold you back while promoting everyone else around you. They are all talk when it comes to leadership.
