Beautiful showroom. Health insurance. High salary. Long lunches and easy to sneak out in the mall for breaks if needed. Didn't have to worry about making sales numbers for at least a year since draw was never adjusted. If you were outside the pay was probably higher and only needed to work a few days a week.

The upper management seemed to drive this company into the ground because they didn't know how to manage. Many lost their jobs and the foundation of the store was ripped away (boutique, coffee bar, chefs) due to poor decision making. The mall location is a con. Micromanagement at the store level. Outside sales getting double or triple pay for very little work. No advancement due to scale back at corporate.
