I was a passive candidate recruited by a PIRCH manager. My interview experience was positive and I was always given full transparency of where the company was, where it was going and how my role would help impact the future of the business. The prior Glassdoor reviews make sense, the prior leadership team was dishonest with the entire company and in turn, it was a very hard time. Since then, PIRCH was able to rebuild and refocus. Today we are stronger than ever and ready to continue growing! Not really a con- but more of a warning. PIRCH is still very much a startup. If you aren't willing to work hard and be humble, this likely is not the place for you. PIRCH has grown a lot as mentioned above, that's come with change. If you are resistant to an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment and culture PIRCH may not be the place for you. To me, always looking to do better is a sign of a great company that isn't satisfied with just standing still.
