meaningful work and a fun team

pay is bad and quotas are demoralizing

The training you receive will change our life and career. They do a fantastic job training their new recruits. I still rely on the training I received five years later. Even though the cons are pretty bad, I would do it over again just for the training.

Horrible pay, cult-like work environment, long hours, you will be asked to give up your life for the work, whether you believe in the cause or not. The culture is extremely odd. You either buy in, or you're kind of shunned.
