There are no much major cons i came across while working with PITSS

Everyone is like family at this office. What's rare in the people that work in PITSS, work wise, it's full of commandos. Commandos, people whom just sit down and solve a business challenge with technology. You don't see this in many places. Personally, they're a great group of people. Though a small company, you get to work in large work environments via it's Fortune 500 customers. If you're up for the challenge, you have the opportunity to try different technologies and projects to get a vast experience. New opportunities come every day.
