There are a lot of really great, really smart, really talented people working here. The work is interesting and engaging. The executive leadership is passionate, easy to talk to, and has a grand but achievable vision for the company. The compensation and benefits are fair.

Unfortunately, all of those pros are being undermined by new management of the software development team. Personality conflicts have split the software development personnel into two separate teams and driven away some of the quality talent. Much of the remaining team feels micro-managed, demoralized, and stripped of ownership of their dev processes and products. The dev process is supposed to be Scrum, but is owned and run by management, who uses it as a weapon against the teams. Constantly changing direction, processes, and team re-structuring come from management who never leaves any change long enough to see if it works.
