There is a lot of latitude for growth as someone in the field. Creativity is encouraged and it is a great environment for someone who is a self-starter & has an entrepreneurial disposition. The people are very respectful and genuinely care about one another. I am very pleased with the year over year growth & culture in the company. For a growing company, Planled has secured copious major LED projects i.e. Yankee Stadium, Boeing, Microsoft, T-Mobile Park, Moda Center, Vulcan, Inc., SAP Center, Pepsi Center, Busch Stadium, etc. The company also has secured a great reputation in the market as being a leader in Human Centric Sustainability.

As with many growing companies, there are a few inefficient processes here and there. There has been good improvement over the past year but I'd like to see more progress to create an efficient system.
