      -extremely long working hours, slight lack of respect for personal time (meaning after working hours 8-5/9-6). expected to work weekends sometimes or stay super late throughout the week. -demanding clients- expect work to be turned around immediately

      - It’s a really nice place to grow to be an all rounded professional- many of opportunities to realize design ideas - international projects and very wide range of works offer all kinds of chances to practice - a group of creative and friendly people to work with

      - still a relatively young team and ambitious. Can be stressful before deadlines - design charrettes all the time. Need to keep design thinking. It can be challenging sometimes.
