      Working at Playground is a delight because the people are amazing. The founders have created a great culture and work ethic by hiring people that are striving to be their best and awarding the effort they put in. The company trusts its employees and gives them the autonomy to work however they think is best and management is open to new ideas and feedback.

      There is occasionally a need to work out of hours, but it's a rare occurrence.

      -micromanagement from leadership -no sales support system, have to execute multiple roles -company is cheap; no marketing, no account management, no operations team, no CRM -no leadership in the US -takes what worked in overseas and expects it to work everywhere else -product doesn’t work -makes you take “forced” vacation days -no 401k, no commuter benefits, no flexibility, terrible mat/pat leave policy -rude senior management -0 diversity! 90%+ white
