While I appreciate that you've taken the step to review how you've experienced working at PLOS, I'm not sure how to use your feedback for actionable improvement (I haven't experienced petty dynamics on the executive team, and this is the first I've heard of this particular concern). I'm heartened that your immediate co-workers are great and hope that you're giving constructive feedback to your manager and other leaders so that PLOS will be a worthy investment of 3+ years of your career.
