All teams apply React for frontend, DDD for backend, AWS for infrastructure, and scrum for development methodology.

Each team has 2-5 developers, and they handle most of the tasks by mobbing (similar to pair-programming but for more than 2ppl). Since their business has lasted a long time and is already solid, they highly focus on security, scalability, manageability, etc. This environment may not fit you if you prefer to have full discretion in a small company.
